City as a Platform Update - Assets 📅 November 15

You are now able to report incidents and associate them with specific assets!

What is an asset?

In the context of City as a Platform, an asset is something a city or an organization owns and needs to manage, such as a building, a light post, a trash can, and so on. Anything can be set up as an asset in City as a Platform's backoffice.

Incidents can be reported by a user or automatically generated according to alerts received from your assets - using IoT sensors and such.

The video is available only in Portuguese at the moment.

It is possible to check all incidents associated with an asset and apply multiple filters to help find the information you're looking for.
