A New Version of City as a Platform Incident Management

City as a Platform launched a new version of Incident Management with improved operational and incident management capabilities.

Incident Management is one of our most popular modules within City as a Platform. It allows users to report, validate and manage incidents, benefiting from the collaboration between citizens and the city. Incident Management improves transparency and makes citizens more involved. In return, it helps cities understand their population better and allows them to act quicker in the citizens' best interest.

The new version of Incident Management comes with improvements on a visual and functional level. Our goal was to facilitate the day to day life of our users by making the platform more appealing and user friendly.

Let’s highlight the most important changes in version 3.0.1 of City as a Platform.

Incident Management has a new look

A more cohesive aspect of the whole platform to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness of those who use it.

Incident Management saves more time for managers

There are new filters, incident lists and a management area which makes it easier to find what you’re looking for.

Incident Management is easier to integrate with

Our new API allows a smooth integration and simpler communication between other apps and services.

Incident Management is faster than ever

By using the PWA (Progressive Web App) technology, we now have a hybrid app with web and mobile.

Incident Management becomes more mobile-friendly

The Field App and the Mobile App are now one which makes it possible to report, validate and manage incidents in one single app. That way you’re always up to date with your city, warehouse, etc and able to take action on the go.
